人类聚居诞生了海岛渔村,在改造自然、适应自然的过程中,一种人与自然的和谐发展,达到了动态的平衡。中国“天人合一”的传统营造理念,推进了原始和朴素的人居空间。海南历经千年的开发,渔村发展为候鸟般旅居的城市,如今悄然开启多样化的人文旅居。国际海岛人居,是一种传统文化与现代服务相结合的滨海旅居,是人们心生向往的“大隐隐于岛”的现代桃花源。

Fishing villages were born from the inhabitation of human beings. In the course of shaping and adapting to the nature, the relationship of humans and nature developed and reached a kind of dynamic balance, the harmonious coexistence. The traditional Chinese philosophy of “Unity of Man and Nature” on building has help hatch primitive and pure habitable spaces. Hainan has undergone a development of thousand years, and formed migratory living cities and now softly starts a diverse humanitarian living mode. Humans travelling and residing in international islands is a coastal lifestyle that combines the traditional culture with the modern service. It is a desire of modern people toward a retreat on islands, leading a secluded life just like the peach blossom spring (a poem written by Tao Yuanming, a famous Chinese poet and politician during the Six Dynasties period).



海口江东新区位于海口东海岸区域,东起东寨港,西至南渡江,北临东海岸线,南至绕城高速二期和212省道,总面积298平方公里。整体划分为东部生态功能区和西部产城融合区,东部生态功能区约106平方公里,包含33平方公里的东寨港国家级自然保护区;西部产城融合区约192平方公里,整体分为“一港双心四组团”,即:以美兰国际空港为核心的临空经济区、滨海生态总部聚集中心、滨江活力中心、文化交往组团、综合服务组团、离岸创新创业组团、高教科研组团。

Jiangdong New Area is located in the east coast of Haikou. It starts from Dongzhai Harbour in the east, to the Nandu River in the west; from the east coastline in the north, to the Ring Road (Phase II) and 212 Provincial Highway in the south. With a total area about 298 square kilometers, it is divided into the eastern ecological functional area and the western industry-city integration area. The former takes up about 106 square kilometers, including 33 square kilometers of the international important wetland Dongzhai Harbour National Nature Reserve; the latter occupies an area of about 192 square kilometers, with an overall structure planning of “one port double heart convergence of four groups” including the airport economic zone with focus on Meilan International Airport, coastal ecological headquarters gathering center, coastal vitality center, cultural exchange cluster, comprehensive service cluster, offshore innovation and entrepreneurship cluster, higher education and scientific research cluster.

To further enhance the regional residential supporting facilities in Jiangdong New Area, to improve the regional service level and functional quality, to avoid happenings of the pendulum clan flow and the periodic deserted city circumstance, it is hereby to launch the construction of the market-centered commercial housing project in Jiangdong New Area. Meanwhile, with the aim of improving the environment of Jiangdong New Area and shaping better human habitat, the Design Competition of International Islands and the Future Residence is formally released, and we sincerely invite all global excellent design teams to join in!


江东新区市场化商品房项目,地块编号JDGJ-03-D05,位于海口市江东新区振海四横路东侧,仁恒滨江园项目北侧,地块用地面积约15939.9㎡(约24亩)。客户对地区未来发展、教育配套、生活环境以及居住的室内空间关注度较高。

The market-centered commercial housing project, plot code JDGJ-03-D05, is located in Jiangdong New Area, Haikou City, bordering Zhenhai Four Heng Road on the west and Haikou Yanlord Gardens on the south. The site area of the plot is about 15939.9㎡. Customers pay more attention to the regional future development, education supporting facilities, living environment as well as indoor spaces of the residence.

1、项目位于江东新区高教科研组团-滨海红树林片区,毗邻东寨港红树林湿地公园、东海岸及振家溪,周边自然景观优越。哈罗国际学校、寰岛实验学校、仁恒滨江园、万华江东麓岛等高端教育及国际社区环抱,目前已形成江东新区国际品质居住片区。地块周边交通路网丰富。


由于项目自身地块较小、形状不规整、配套面积较多,建议结合地块现有条件,通过项目整体规划设计实现整体居住社区的体验感,设计得房率高、赠送面积大的高溢价产品。

2、项目配建一处12班幼儿园,占地面积不小于4680㎡,建筑面积不小于3182㎡;配套一处社区服务中心,包含社区服务站建筑面积不小于1000㎡;文化活动站建筑面积不小于1000㎡;老年人日间照料中心建筑面积不小于500㎡。


3、该地块新建建筑沿东侧、北侧、西侧道路贴线率不低于70%,沿南侧道路贴线率不低于50%;建筑街墙贴建筑后退红线和消防扑救场地时,均可计入贴线率计算。(详细规划条件,见“竞赛资料包-场地规划及su文件”)



▲主要设计指标


1. The project is located in the higher education and scientific research cluster of Jiangdong New Area, the mangrove forests section, neighboring Dongzhai Harbour Mangrove Forests Wetland Park, East Coastline and Zhenjia River, with abundant natural resources. Surrounded by high-end education institutions and international communities that include Harrow School, Huandao Senior High School, Haikou Yanlord Gardens and Wide Horizon Luxeisland, it formed an international high quality residential section in Jiangdong New Area. The surrounding transportation network of the plot is very convenient.

The project has a small plot area and an irregular land shape as well as a large area for supporting facilities. And thus, it is suggested to combine the existing plot conditions with the overall planning and design for the project. The design shall create a sense of living in a residential community, realizing premium products with high efficiency rate and large free area.

2. The supporting facilities of the project: a 12 classes kindergarten with a land area of not less than 4,680㎡ and a flooring area of not less than 3,182㎡; a community service center, including community service station, with a flooring area of not less than 1,000㎡; a cultural activity station with a flooring area of not less than 1,000㎡; an elderly day care center with a flooring area of not less than 500㎡.

3. The building alignment rate of newly constructed buildings on the plot along eastern side, northern side and western side roads shall not be less than 70%, and that along southern side roads not less than 50%; when the building street wall is pasted with the red line of building setback and the fire fighting site, it can be included in the calculation of the building alignment rate. 1、充分利用地块周边教育、医疗及运动等资源,完善社区生活配套,形成共荣共生的都市生活圈;最大化挖掘景观资源,充分利用江东生态本底自然景观,树立江东人居新标杆;打通城市交通连接,形成开放式街区营造,联动区域生活,打造江东社区人居新典范;营造温馨舒适的邻里关系,创造充满人文关怀的高品质社区生活。


2、主要功能:住宅+配套商业+配建社区服务中心+配建幼儿园;建筑形式:采用装配式建造的比例不低于50%;住宅户型要求:考虑叠墅类为主、洋房类为辅等高溢价产品(叠拼形式:仅接受上下两叠);户型面积段:叠墅类200-260㎡,洋房类125-160㎡。


3、符合城市规划和项目功能要求,设计深度达到方案设计深度要求,包含但不仅限于建筑功能构成、总平面布局、建筑立面、建筑效果等。概念方案设计成果和方案深化设计成果需包含室内、景观概念方案(包含示范区、售楼处及样板间)。


4、符合国家和海南当地建筑设计规范,在设计条件基础上,参赛者需考虑设计的实用性、在地性、创新性、落地性,充分表现产品的创新力、市场竞争力,满足海南当地客群的人居需求。

1. To fully use the surrounding resources of the plot including education, medical care and sports, to enhance the community living supporting facilities, and to form a symbiotic urban life circle; to maximize the exploitation of the landscape resources, to fully use the ecological nature of Jiangdong New Area, and to erect a new standard model for human habitat in Jiangdong New Area; to provide convenient transportation, and to pay attention to creating an atmosphere of open streets as well as good community relationship and high quality life.

2. Main functions: residential + supporting commercial + supporting community service center + supporting kindergarten; architectural style: to adopt fabricated construction with a proportion not less than 50%; housing layout requirement: to consider premium residential products with townhouse as main category and garden villa as partial category (for semi-detached villa, it is restricted to two folds of upper and down floors); housing unit area: townhouse 200~260㎡, garden villa 125~160㎡.

3. It shall comply with the urban plan and the project requirements for functions. The contents of the design shall meet the requirements for the schematic design, including but not limited to architectural function composition, site plan, elevation, renderings, etc. The contents of the conceptual design and the detailed schematic design shall include the conceptual scheme of interior and landscape (including demonstration area, sales center and show flat).

4. It shall comply with state and local rules of PRC for architectural design. On the basis of the design conditions, participants shall consider the practicality, locality, innovation and landing in the design, and fully present the innovative power, market competitive strength, as well as meet the needs of local clients for human habitat in Hainan.


1、竞赛获奖选手需要按照以下要求提交概念方案设计成果:

1)方案设计解读:对建筑、室内、园林景观及场景设计方案的系统说明。


2)方案文本:建筑方案汇报材料,同时提供PDF、PPT格式。


3)技术图纸:

(1)总平面图,提供彩色总平面图,CAD格式;

(2)场地剖面图,CAD格式;

(3)单体建筑平面图、剖面图、立面图,提供典型楼栋平立剖、特殊节点大样(如有)、SU模型,平面图、剖面图CAD格式,立面图JPG格式。


4)经济技术指标表:整体指标表,需考虑3%装配式计容奖励面积,EXCEL格式。


5)效果图:鸟瞰图1张、沿街透视图1张、单体建筑透视图、室内意向图、园林景观意向图,JPG格式。

I. The winners of the competition shall submit contents of the conceptual design according to the requirements as stated below:

1. Design description: to systematically describe the scheme of architecture, interior, gardening landscape and the design of scenes.

2. Scheme report: architectural scheme report, to provide both PDF and PPT formats.

3. Technical drawings:

(1) site plan, to provide a colored site plan, CAD format;

(2) section of the site, CAD format;

(3) single building plan, section and elevation, to provide typical building plan, section, elevation, special details(if there is), su model, with plan and section in CAD format and elevation in JPG format.

4. Technical and economic indicators table: overall indicators table, to consider 3% fabricated FAR bonus area, EXCEL format.

5. Renderings: 1 rendering of aerial view, 1 rendering of street view perspective, single building perspective, interior intention figure, gardening landscape intention figure, all of them in JPG format.

2、深化合作单位需要按照以下要求提交方案深化设计成果:

1)方案设计解读:对建筑、室内、园林景观及场景设计方案的系统说明。


2)方案文本:建筑方案文本,提供深化版建筑方案文本,含室内、景观概念方案、区位分析图、项目区位图、现状分析图、用地条件分析图、出入口条件分析、总平面图、竖向分析图、消防分析图、交通流线分析图、公共配建分析图、景观分析图、绿化分析图、日照分析图, PDF格式。


3)技术图纸:

(1)总平面图,提供彩色总平面图,CAD格式;

(2)地库平面图,平时、战时(人防明确规模和范围),CAD格式;

(3)场地剖面图,CAD格式;

(4)单体建筑平面图、剖面图、立面图,典型楼栋平立剖、特殊节点大样(如有)、SU模型,平面图、剖面图CAD格式,立面图JPG格式。


4)经济技术指标表:整体指标表,需考虑计容面积的3%装配式计容奖励面积,EXCEL格式。


5)效果图:鸟瞰图1张、沿街透视图2张、夜景效果图1张、单体建筑透视图(住宅、商业、幼儿园、社区入口各1张)、室内意向图、园林景观意向图,JPG格式。


6)成本估算:提供建筑方案创意阶段深度的成本数据。


7)其他工作:

(1)与扩初图及施工图设计单位进行设计交底(包括但不限于建筑、景观、精装设计单位);

(2)完成建筑扩初图及施工图(含园林景观、泛光照明、室内装修等专项方案)审核;

(3)施工配合阶段:包括但不限于审查现场外立面样板,检查外立面饰面,审核外立面施工以及与设计方案的落地一致性。对建筑专业分色图纸和材料进行审阅。

II. The detailed cooperation unit shall submit contents of the detailed schematic design according to the requirements as stated below:

1. Design description: to systematically describe the scheme of architecture, interior, gardening landscape and the design of scenes.

2. Scheme report: architectural scheme report, to provide the detailed architectural scheme report in PDF format, including the conceptual scheme of interior and landscape, location analysis, site location, current conditions analysis, land conditions analysis, entrance/exit condition analysis, site plan, vertical analysis diagram, firefighting analysis diagram, traffic circulation analysis diagram, public supporting facilities analysis diagram, landscape analysis diagram, greening analysis diagram, sunlight analysis diagram. .

3. Technical drawings:

(1) site plan, to provide a colored site plan, CAD format;

(2) basement plan, daily and wartime (with clear scale and scope for air defense), CAD format;

(3) section of the site, CAD format;

(4) single building plan, section and elevation, to provide typical building plan, section, elevation, special details(if there is), su model, with plan and section in CAD format and elevation in JPG format.

4. Technical and economic indicators table: overall indicators table, to consider 3% fabricated FAR bonus area for the FAR building area, EXCEL format.

5. Renderings: 1 rendering of aerial view, 2 renderings of street view perspective, 1 rendering of night view, single building perspective (each residential, commercial, kindergarten, community entrance with 1 rendering respectively), interior intention figure, gardening landscape intention figure, all of them in JPG format.

6. Cost estimation: to provide the detailed cost data for the architectural scheme phase of innovative idea.

7. Other works:

(1) design clarifications to the developing design and construction drawings design units (including but not limited to design units of architecture, landscape and interior);

(2) complete the approval of architectural developing design drawings and construction drawings (including special project schemes of gardening landscape, floodlight, interior decoration, etc.);

(3) construction cooperation phase: including but not limited to inspecting on-site façade samples, checking up decorative façade surface, and approving façade construction and if it complies with the landing of the design scheme; to review the architectural drawings of color separation and materials.


1、方案需整体呈现于不少于4张,至多12张A2纵向图纸上,要求图纸清晰,标注可读(页边距8mm),包含:

-报名编号:位于图纸右上角,字体Arial,字号20。

-内容构成:

1)概念说明文字:不超过1200字,设计理念、总平面布局与环境设计、单体建筑构思、功能、造型、结构选型、经济技术指标(需考虑3%装配式计容奖励面积)等。

2)设计图:中英文设计说明,彩色总平面图,场地剖面图,单体建筑平面图、剖面图、立面图,特殊节点大样等。

3)彩色效果图:

鸟瞰图1张、沿街透视图1张、单体建筑透视图、室内意向图、园林景观意向图。

*需要通过分析图及文字对方案进行详尽阐述,确认方案清晰可读。


2、提交两版资料:资料A为JPG格式,每张图纸大小不超过10M(designverse设计宇宙官网在线提交);资料B为原始高分辨率PDF(competition@youngbird.com.cn)。


3、参赛方案自行命名,命名尽量简洁,请按照“报名号-方案名称”格式命名文件夹。


4、作品提交语言:中英双语或英语。


5、图纸尽量按照总图-分析-单体-局部方式进行排布,可酌情自行调整。


6、封面:作品需上传封面,封面为作品的主视觉,尺寸为1045*654,72dpi,2MB以内。


7、所有图纸和文字说明中,请勿透露参赛者身份信息(如姓名、公司等),如有违反,将取消参赛资格。


8、入选20强的选手需根据RIBA官方通知录制五分钟以内作品解说视频参与五强评选。

1. A scheme shall be presented in at least four, no more than 12 A2 sheets in a clear, vertical way and in readable format (with a 8mm page margin) and include following parts:

-Registration No. shall be put in the bottom right corner of the sheets, in Arial 20pt font;

-Contents are as below:

1) Descriptive text on concept within 1200 words, design idea, general layout and environmental design, single building concept, function, style, structure scheme, technical and economic indicators (considering 3% fabricated FAR bonus area), etc.

2) The drawings should be with caption in English and Chinese, and include colored site plan, section of the site, single building plan, section and elevation, special details, etc.

3) Color renderings: 1 rendering of aerial view, 1 rendering of street view perspective, single building perspective, interior intention figure, gardening landscape intention figure

*Through diagrams and text, the scheme shall be narrated in details and be sure of its clarity and readability.

2. Two versions of materials shall be submitted. Sheets of Version A in JPG format (no larger than 10MB for each) can be submitted; Sheets of Version B in PDF format (original high definition for each) can be submitted.

3. A scheme title shall be named as simple as possible; the scheme shall be saved in the "registration No. – scheme title – sheet No.1/No.2/No.3/No.4" format;

4. A scheme shall be submitted in bilingual (English and Chinese) or English;

5. It is best to submit drawings according to the order of site plan – diagrams – single building – partial. It can be adjusted under certain circumstance;

6. The cover must be submitted online which is the key visual of your design work; it must be uploaded in the size of 1045×654 pixels, 72 dpi, less than 2MB.

7. Among all drawings as well as descriptive text, please do not disclose the Entrant’s information on identity including name, company, etc. Any form of violation against this rule means automatic disqualification.

8. The Entrants selected into the Top 20 shall shoot a video of narrating their works within five minutes according to the official notice of RIBA, so as to compete for the Top 5 of the competition.

《2022-2023 国际海岛与人居未来概念设计国际竞赛》所提供的所有项目文件、图件(含“竞赛资料包”)的知识产权归海口江东新区城市投资有限公司(以下简称“本公司”)所有,未经本公司书面授权许可,任何人不得复制、以任何形式使用项目文件、图件(含“竞赛资料包”)用于参赛无关事项,不得提供给任何第三方或用作其他用途。

The intellectual property rights of all project documents and drawings (including the "Competition Package") provided in the 2022-2023 Design Competition of International Islands and the Future Residence are owned by Jiangdong City Investment Co., LTD. 根据竞赛概念及设计要求,设定以下基本评估原则:


1、实用性原则:产品具有市场竞争力,从营销运营的角度考虑项目投入产出,助力投资收益的提升。

2、在地性原则:符合海南本地客群的人居需求,设计需契合国际海岛与人居未来的主题,应符合现代人国际海岛人居生活方式的新趋势;设计思考城市、建筑、环境与人类活动之间的关系,充分利用周边资源,充分融入江东地区所在环境,树立当地人居新典范。

3、落地性原则:设计应符合国家及地方相关设计规范前提下,充分考虑概念设计方案在国内的落地性、可实施性。

4、创新性原则:产品具有创新力,面向未来畅想人类生活场景,体现市场前瞻性、先进性,提供多样化、个性化兼具美学意义的设计创意。项目目标为打造高端精品美宅。

5、科技性及环保原则:在美观适用的原则下,设计体现科技智能、绿色生态的可持续发展理念。在以上评估原则之后,环保同时作为考量标准依据。

According to the competition concept and design goals, the following principles are set for the basic evaluation:

1. Principle of practicality: Products shall have a competitive strength in the market. In terms of operation and sales, the design shall consider the output of the project investment, helping the project gain a higher rate of investment.

2. Principle of locality: The design shall meet the needs of local clients for human habitat in Hainan. The design shall be themed with international islands and future residence, comply with the new trend of modern people’s lifestyle when residing in international islands. The design shall consider the relations of city, architecture, environment and human activities, fully use the surrounding resources, fully integrate into the built environment of Jiangdong New Area, and erect a new standard model for human habitat in Jiangdong New Area.

3. Principle of landing: The design shall comply with relative state and local rules and regulations of PRC. After the consideration of principle stated above, participants shall fully consider the landing and implementation of the conceptual design scheme in China.

4. Principle of innovation: Products shall have an innovative power. The future of living scenes for humans shall be seen in the design, forward-looking and advanced, providing diverse, personalized, innovative thinking, with aesthetics. The goal of the project is to create high-end boutique housing.

5. Principle of scientific technology and environmental protection: On the basis of beautiful and applicable principles, the design shall present the sustainable development idea of scientific and intelligent technology and green ecology. After the consideration of all the principles stated above, the principle of environmental protection will be deemed as one of the evaluation criteria.

1、本次竞赛公开报名不设资质限制,境内外有相关设计经验的设计机构(独立法人资格的公司/企业或具有独立承担民事责任的能力的其他组织)均可报名参加。不接受个人或个人组合的报名。


2、本次竞赛允许联合体报名,联合体成员(含联合体牵头单位)数量共计不得超过3家。联合体牵头单位须为建筑设计团队。联合体的各方不得以单独名义,或与其他设计机构另组联合体参加此次竞赛。


3、竞赛鼓励团队由建筑设计、城市设计、景观设计、室内设计等多专业人员组成。


4、参赛者应在规定时间内限提交一个方案,方案应满足相关指标要求。竞赛冠军在方案深化设计阶段输出成果应接近报建文本深度。


5、团队所有成员均需预先在竞赛数据支持单位designverse设计宇宙官网注册,再由组长邀请完成组队,常见问题请关注官网Q & A 。

1. This competition is open to all design agencies with related design practice domestically and worldwide (companies/enterprises with qualification of independent legal person or organizations with the ability of bearing civil liability independently). Individuals or groups of individuals are not accepted for registration.

2. Registration by a consortium is accepted in the competition. The member quantity of the consortium (including the leading member) shall not exceed 3. Each party of the consortium shall not participate in this competition in its own name, nor does it form another consortium with other design agencies. The leading member of the consortium shall be an architectural design team.

3. A multi-disciplinary team is encouraged in the competition including majors of architectural design, urban design, landscape design and interior design, etc.

4. Participants shall submit only one scheme within the stipulated time. And the scheme shall meet the related index requirements. The champion of the competition shall complete the detailed schematic design according to the requirements and submit the contents of design that reach the design result for application of construction approval.

  • 入围(数名):入围证书

本次竞赛将在入围及获奖选手中进一步产生深化合作单位,深化合作阶段合同额人民币700,000元(税前)。

  • The Second Prize (2 groups): A prize of RMB 150,000 (pre-tax) + Certificate of Honour

The detailed schematic design cooperation unit will be further selected from the award winners and shortlists of the competition. For the detailed schematic design phase, the contract design fee is RMB 700,000 (pre-tax).


最终的奖项设置以竞赛官网发布为准。所有奖金均由项目资方海口江东新区城市投资有限公司出资。本次大赛对外公布名次后,资方与获奖选手签订协议(获奖作品知识产权转让协议)后直接向获奖选手支付奖金,资方也将直接与深化合作单位签订方案深化设计合同。

The final awards-setting is subject to designverse official website. All the prizes are invested by Haikou Jiangdong New Area City Investment Co., Ltd., the project investor. After the public release of the winning result of the competition, the project investor will sign the agreement (the intellectual property rights transfer agreement on the awarded works) with the winners and pay the prizes directly to the winners; the project investor will directly sign the detailed schematic design contract with the detailed cooperation unit as well.


其中,资方与获奖选手签订协议(获奖作品知识产权转让协议)后,即视为获奖作品知识产权已转让给资方,资方拥有获奖选手获奖作品的著作权(包括但不限于所有权、修改权、发布权、使用权、复制权、发行权等),有权对设计作品进行修改、组合和应用,获奖选手仅保有署名权等人身权利。获奖选手不得自行使用或转让给第三方。

The project investor signing the agreement (the intellectual property rights transfer agreement on the entry work) with the winner means that the intellectual property rights for the entry work has been transferred to the project investor except the right of authorship. The project investor owns the copyright of the entry work of the winner (including but not limited to the right to possess, compile, publish, employ, reproduce, distribute, etc. ), and has the rights to adapt, compile and apply the entry works. The winner retains the right of authorship and shall not use the work on his/her own or commission any third party to do so.

依照国家有关法律法规,凡主动参与本次征集活动的所有参赛者,均视为已经对所提交的作品版权归属作如下不可撤销声明:


■原创声明

参与作品必须是参赛者个人原创作品,不能侵犯任何第三方个人和单位的任何专利权、著作权、商标权及其他合法知识产权。一旦查实非原创作品,主办单位有权立即取消其参与、入围与资助资格,收回资助资金物资及保留追究法律责任的权利,如主办单位因此被起诉或产生其他损失的,主办单位有权要求该参赛者进行全额赔偿,主办单位已先行赔付的,有权向参赛者追偿所有直接损失及间接损失(包括且不限于律师费、诉讼费、保全费、鉴定费、公证费等)。


■同意声明

本次采用线上评选的方式,参赛者上传作品即表示同意授权主办单位为举办大赛目的向所有人署名或隐名的形式展示作品,同意大赛确定的评选方式。参赛者提交作品之前,已仔细阅读所有条款,充分理解并表示同意,本次大赛的评委会拥有对所有获奖作品的评选结果有最终裁定权。


秉承公平、公正、公开的原则,竞赛工作组将邀请专业领域人士组成评审团,对竞赛进行方案评选工作。如有作品纠纷问题可联系竞赛工作组进行举报,并提供相应的证据作为佐证(如抄袭作品的相关文件),一经查实将取消参赛或获奖资格。


参赛者在任何情况下都不得联系或尝试联系评审团成员,如经发现,将取消参赛资格。

参赛者提交作品,即表示参赛者同意竞赛组织方有权以独占的方式优先有偿获得作品知识产权的权力。


在竞赛结果发布之前,参赛者须对其设计作品保密。直到2022-2023国际海岛与人居未来概念设计国际竞赛获奖者正式公布。如有违反,将取消参赛资格。

In accordance with applicable laws and regulations, by participating in this competition, each Entrant irrevocably agrees to abide by the below statements about the copyrights for all submissions.

■Statement of Originality

All submissions must be original, and each Entrant shall ensure that his/her entry does not infringe any third party’s rights, including patents, copyrights, trademarks, and so on. Otherwise, the Entrant will be disqualified from the competition, and the organizer will withdraw all the sponsorship money and materials and reserve the right to investigate and affix legal liability of infringement. All damages and losses arising therefrom shall be borne by the Entrant; and all the direct and indirect damages (including but not limited to attorney fees, legal fees, costs of preservation, appraisal costs, notarial fees, and so on) suffered by the organizer shall be compensated by the Entrant.

■Statement of Consent

By submitting an entry, each entrant agrees to authorize the organizer to publicly display the work in the form of credited or hidden names to everyone for the purpose of holding the competition, and accepts the online selection process. And before uploading a submission, each Entrant must confirm that he/she has read and fully understands all of the clauses, and accepts them. The judging panel reserves the right to make a final decision on entry assessment and award list. According to the principles of fairness, impartiality and openness, the Competition Commission will invite professionals of each field to form the Jury and work on the appraisal of entry. If there is any dispute on entry, please contact and report to the Competition Commission with corresponding proof (such as related files of the plagiarized work). If the plagiarism is verified and confirmed after investigation, it means automatic disqualification either on participating in the Competition or on winning an award.*In any circumstance, the Entrant shall not contact or try to contact any member of the Jury. Any form of violation against this rule means automatic disqualification. The submission of work by the Entrant refers to the Entrant agree the organizer of the Competition to have the sole right of priority on obtaining the intellectual property of the entry work based on purchasing. Before the final release of the Competition’s result, the confidentiality of the entry work shall be protected by the Entrant till Champion of the Design Competition of International Islands and the Future Residence is formally announced. Any form of violation against this rule means automatic disqualification. The detailed Official Rules of this competition will be published on the designverse website. Please read them carefully.
